Locating the Green Crystal in Lake Foscari
To find the green crystal, players must navigate toward the far northeastern quadrant of the Lake Foscari map. Traversing the stage requires moving north past the central maze structure and heading east across the wooden bridge toward the upper lake region. Once you reach the northern shoreline, the emerald crystal will be visible sitting among the trees near the edge of the water.
Players who have unlocked the stage map will also see a distinctive question mark icon indicating the crystal's precise position. Following this marker ensures you avoid getting lost in the dense forest paths while managing surrounding enemy waves.
Character and Weapon Requirements for Shattering the Seal
Interacting with the Seal of the Lake requires selecting a specific character and weapon combination rather than standard attack power. Players must start the run as Keitha Muort, the archer character featured in the Tides of the Foscari roster. Attempting to reach or destroy the crystal with any other hero will prove ineffective, as the seal remains immune to conventional attacks.
In addition to choosing Keitha, you must evolve her starting weapon, the Flash Arrow, into its powerful upgraded form known as Millionaire. Achieving this evolution requires fully leveling up the Flash Arrow along with the Clover item before opening a treasure chest.
Unlocking Abyss Foscari and Progression Rewards
Once Keitha approaches the green crystal with Millionaire equipped, her weapon attacks will automatically strike the seal. Within moments, the crystal shatters completely, triggering an immediate event that teleports your character directly into the dark realm of Abyss Foscari.
This dramatic transition permanently unlocks the Abyss Foscari stage on your level selection menu for future runs. Breaking this initial seal also opens up subsequent character quests and color-coded crystal puzzles required to fully complete the expansion's storyline.
